If you are an alumnus of Oberlin College, please go to the Alumni Office and complete an ID request form. Once completed, please come to the ID Card Office in Mudd Center 020 and we will be happy to make your new card.
The Alumni Office is located in the Dewy Ward '34 Alumni Center at 65 East College Street, Suite 4.
If you are a retiree or professor emeritus of Oberlin College, or a spouse or child (under age 21) of a college employee, please go to the Human Resources Department and complete an ID Programming Request Form. HR will process the request and send a notification to the ID Card Office. Following a 48-hour processing time, please bring your copy of the ID Programming Request Form to the ID Card Office in Mudd Center 020 and we will be happy to make your new card. (If you come within 48 hours, there may be a 20 minute wait while we process your card.)
The Human Resources Department is located in the Service Building at 173 West Lorain Street.
Your ID card includes use of and access to the following:
- The Philips Physical Education Center on Woodland Street
- Loan privileges at the college's four libraries (retiree, emeriti, and spouses only; options for others are listed on the library's Courtesy Borrowing Policies page
- The Obie Dollars debit account for purchases at Campus Dining locations, downtown merchants, and more. See the Obie Dollars page for more information.
