ID Card Office to Move to CIT

Effective January 16, 2018, the ID Card Office has moved its operations to the Center for Information Technology (CIT) within Mudd Center. The services offered by the ID Card Office remain largely the same, while the campus community will benefit from more streamlined support structures.

Where should I go if I need help with my ID card?

Students:
You may come to our new office in Mudd 020 for full service, or the ResEd office for select services.

Faculty, staff, and all others:
You should come to our new office in Mudd 020 for all ID Card services.

How do I find the new location?

Our new office is within the CIT facility on Mudd's A-level, in room 020. Clear signage on A-level will direct you to our front desk.

Who do I contact with ID Card requests?

Our primary points of contact remain the same: 440-775-6210 and idcard@oberlin.edu. Please use these points of contact for most requests.

New ID Card Office staff members include Sandy Kanuch, Becky Squires, and Barbara Winterich. Previous Stevenson staff members remain in Residential Education, with duties solely in that area.
